Instructions / Assembly
Instructions for Use:
1. Wash pan and wire rack thoroughly with warm
water & soap before initial use.
2. Generously coat entire wire rack with non-stick
baking spray prior to use for quicker release.
3. Pre-heat oven (see below for temperature
recommendations).
4. Place raw bacon strips vertically into the rows in
the wire rack, one strip per row. The tray holds
12 slices of thin to medium-cut bacon. For
thicker cuts, leave a row empty in between each
slice to allow more space for cooking through.
5. For conventional ovens, we recommend baking
at 400°F for approximately 16 to 20 minutes (if
cooking thick bacon, cooking time may be 20 to
25 minutes. Please be sure to monitor baking).
For convection ovens, we recommend 350°F for
20-25 minutes.
Note: The bottom of the bacon may cook more
slowly than the top, you may need to adjust
the temperature or time to ensure even cooking.
6. Once bacon is fully cooked, use oven mitts to
remove the entire pan from the oven and place
on a solid, heat-safe surface area. Allow bacon to
cool slightly and let all excess grease drain off
bacon to the bottom of the pan.
7. To remove, use included tongs or flip the wire
rack upside down and push each strip through to
release.
8. Allow collected grease to cool completely in pan
before disposal.
9. Please note all bacon is not the same. Some
brands have more fat or meat than others. Baking
outcome may vary based on type of bacon.
Care:
Dishwasher safe / Oven safe up to 425°F.
