down away from your cooking foods.

Instructions for use:
Select the frying pan that fits the insert the best. The insert should not 1.
move around too much once it’s placed in the center of the frying pan.
Add cooking oil or butter or water to the bottom of the frying pan and 2.
then place the grill insert inside. Choose which ingredient you want based
on how you want to cook your foods. Water is used for steaming and
butter or oil is used for frying.
Allow the pan and griller to heat up before placing your foods on top of 3.
the insert.
Since the foods will be slightly above the heat they will take a bit longer to 4.
cook then normal pan frying.
Be sure not to allow the bottom liquid (butter, oil or water) to dry out or 5.
there may be some smoking/burning –if you notice this happening, simply
turn the heat down a bit and add more liquid to the pan bottom.
