1 pound ground lean beef (lean ground beef for
substitute)
¼ cup oatmeal
¼ cup onion (finely chopped)
¼ cup sharp cheddar (shredded)
1 egg
¼ cup Mesquite BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons steak seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
• Placeallingredientsintoalargemixingbowland
combine.Divideintofourequalpartsandplaceonepart
intoeachcavityofyourGrease-AwayBurgerDogPan,
fillingthetrayevenly.PressdownfirmlywiththeBurger
Dogforminglidtoshape.
• Bakeinapreheated375°Fovenfor15minutes
dependingonyourdesireddoneness.
Grease-Away Burger Dog Pan
Chef Tony’s Beef Mix
Ingredients:
8oz ground chuck
8oz ground sirloin
1 small white onion (sliced thin)
2 tablespoons steak seasoning
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
• Sautéonionsinahotskilletuntiltenderandtranslucent.
Removefrompanandletstandfor10minutes.
• Placeallingredientsintoalargemixingbowlandcombine.
Divide into four equal parts and place one part into each
cavityofyourGrease-AwayBurgerDogPan,fillingthetray
evenly.PressdownfirmlywiththeBurgerDogforminglidto
shape.
• Bakeinapreheated350°Fovenfor15-25minutes
dependingonyourdesireddoneness.
