Features:
Marinade and season your shish kabobs and bake them in the same pan.
Fat and grease drip down off of foods while baking.
Holds up to 4 or 5 shish kabobs at a time
Use the bottom pan without the rack as a small roasting pan
Instructions for use:
1. Soak your wood skewers in water overnight to prevent burning.
2. Marinate ingredients for approximately 30-60 minutes prior to cooking.
3. Wash pan and rack prior to using.
4. Grease the wire rack thoroughly using non-stick spray to minimize sticking and
place inside the roasting pan.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
6. Prepare your kabobs by cutting the meat and vegetables into bite-size chunks. Each
cube should be about the same size.
7. Thread each ingredient on the skewer, leaving about ½” between each piece.
6. Place kabobs lengthwise on the rack.
7. Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes turning the kabobs once and adding additional
marinade if desired.
8. Check meat for doneness with a meat thermometer.
Tip: A few minutes under the broiler will give your kabobs a nicer seal.
