fresh pineapple (peeled and cut into 1” cubes)
Marinade:

1/8 cup teriyaki sauce for glazing
Directions:
• Preheatovento375°F.

Asian Seafood Kabobs

12 large sea scallops
Marinade:
¼ cup soy sauce (I personally like mushroom soy)
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh garlic (crushed)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (crushed)
2 tablespoons Thai garlic chili sauce
