TIME AND TEMPERATURE GUIDE
For conventional ovens, we recommend baking at 400°F for approximately
16 to 20 minutes (if cooking thick bacon, cooking time may be 20 to 25
minutes. Please be sure to monitor baking).
For convection ovens, we recommend 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
Note: The bottom of the bacon may cook more slowly than the top, you
may need to adjust the temperature or time to ensure even cooking.
Once bacon is fully cooked, use oven mitts to carefully remove the 6.
entire pan from the oven using two hands level and place on a solid,
heat-safe surface area.
Note: When removing pan from oven be sure to carry with two hands
level to prevent grease from spilling.
Allow bacon to cool slightly and let all excess grease drain off bacon to 7.
the bottom of the pan.
8. To remove, use included tongs.
9. Allow collected grease to cool completely in pan before disposal.
Please note all bacon is not the same. Some brands have more fat or meat
than others. Baking outcome may vary based on type of bacon.
