1. Remove the churning paddle (#4) with force from the top
cover, as shown:

2. Pull upright while pressing down the lock (#3) to remove the
control box (#1) from the top cover (#2), as shown:

3. Rinse all parts except the control box ⑤, which should only be
cleaned with a dry cloth.
