The power does not turn on.

Check the AC Adapter connection.

Contactless IC Cards or mobile

phones equipped with the

Contactless IC Card Function

cannot be read.

Please make sure you are placing the card or the

mobile phone in the right spot.

The Contact IC Card cannot be

read.

Please make sure the direction of insertion is

correct, with the gold chip side of the card facing

upward.

The Magnetic Stripe Card cannot

be read.
