Kentucky Rifle:
a. Remove the rod.
b. Under the rod, you’ll find a screw that hold the stock to the barrel. Completely unscrew it.
c. Remove the forend cap pushing out the pin that fastens it to the barrel using a pin
pusher.
d. Unscrew and remove the tang screw.
e. To prevent damage to the stock, turn the rifle up side down and softly hit on a smooth
surface with the muzzle of the barrel (see fig.4). In this way you can easily disassemble the
barrel from the stock.
Kentucky Pistol:
a. Remove the rod.
b. Under the rod, you’ll find a screw that holds the stock to the barrel. Completely unscrew
it.
c. Remove the forend cap pushing out the pin that fastens it to the barrel using a pin pusher.
d. Unscrew and remove the tang screw.
e. To prevent damage to the stock, turn the rifle up side down and softly hit on a smooth
surface with the muzzle of the barrel (see fig.4). In this way you can easily disassemble the
barrel from the stock.
Napoleon Le page and Rochatte Pistol:
a. Remove the wedge holding the stock to the barrel.
b. Unscrew and remove the tang screw.
c. To prevent damage to the stock, turn the rifle up side down and softly hit on a smooth
surface with the muzzle of the barrel (see Fig.5). In this way you can easily disassemble
the barrel from the stock.
d. With the Napoleon Le Page model, NEVER remove the nipple base.
