Einrichten eines Profils
Auch wenn die Verbindungsinformationen auf der vom
Dienstanbieter zur Verfügung gestellten USIM-Karte ge-
speichert sind, müssen Sie im Programm 3G Watcher das
richtige Profil einrichten.
1. Benutzen Sie die Tastenkombination Fn + , um das 3.5G-
Modul zu aktivieren (die LED leuchtet grün).
2. Sie können das Programm 3G Watcher über das Start-Menü
aufrufen (Start > Programme/ AlleProgramme > Sierra
Wireless > 3G Watcher) oder durch Anklicken des Symbols
in der Taskleiste.
3. Klicken Sie auf Extras und wählen Sie
Optionen.
4. Klicken Sie auf Profile und dann auf die Schaltfläche Neues
Profil hinzufügen . Wählen Sie WWAN-Profil.

5. Sie können dann einen neuen Profilnamen eingeben oder ein
Profil aus der Drop-down-Liste auswählen, die von der
Software angeboten wird.
6. Klicken Sie auf Übern. > OK, um die Informationen zu
speichern.
7. Sie können das Profil aus dem Pull-down-Menü auswählen.

Informationen zum Profil
Wenn sie ein Profil aus der Drop-down-Liste ausgewählt ha-
ben, werden die meisten Daten in den Registerkarten Allge-
mein und Erweitert automatisch in die Felder eingetragen
(lassen Sie sich von Ihrem Dienstanbieter jedoch die neue-
sten Daten geben, da Sie auf jeden Fall Ihren Benutzerna-
men und das Kennwort eingeben müssen).
