6 - 10 Upgrading the Optical (CD/DVD) Device

Removing the Optical Device for Model B & C Computers

1. Turn off the computer, an d tu rn it over and remo ve th e ba tt er y.

2. Remove the hard disk (see page 6 - 4)

3. Remove the screw at point , and use a screwdriver to carefully push out the

optical device at point .

4. Reverse the process to install the new device.
