ASSEMBLY TIPS: JET 1221 STADIUM WORK STATION

• Unpack all parts carefully

• Cover work surface with soft blanket or similar substance so as not to damage the unit or the work surface.

Step 1

• Lay top panel (A) upside down on stable surface.

• Install left drawer apron (E) to top panel (A) with 3 screws (X) and 3 lock washers (Zd) using allen wrench

(Zg).

The 3 holes in drawer brace (E) will line up with the 3 threaded holes in top panel (A) per figure 1.

Make sure that the drawer glide faces to the inside and the glide wheel faces the front of the unit.

• Repeat procedure on the opposite side with drawer brace (E)

NOTE: BEFORE TIGHTENNG SCREWS PUSH BOTH DRAWER BRACES (E) TOWARDS THE

OUTER EDGE AND AWAY THE MIDDLE OF THE UNIT. Tighten screws (X) completely at this time.

• Install center drawer rail (F) to top frame (A) using 2 screws (X) and 2lock washers (Zd). Do not tighten

screws at this time.

These screws should be tightened after the drawers are assembled and can be fit onto the glides.

Steps 2

• Install back panel (D) to rear side of drawer aprons (E) and leg frame assembly (C) using 10 screws (X)

10 lock washers (Zd) and10 nuts (Zc).

NOTE: 1. Make sure that the leg frames (C) are placed over the back panel (D).

Anchor Back Panel ( D) to Top (A) using 2 screws (X) and 2 lock washers (Zd

Leave 2 side holes open on drawer brace (E) during leg frame assembly for the towel bar assembly in

step 3. You may choose either right or left side (depending on which side you prefer the towel bar.)

Step 3

• Place the small end of the 4 “S” hooks (S) over the towel bar (N).

• Install the towel bar (N) using 2 screws (X) in the 2 holes left vacant from step 2.

Step 4 • Install the 2 brake wheels (U) on the front side of leg frame “C” and wheels (V) on the Back side of left frame “C”. Use wrench (Zf) to tighten. Step 5 • Install top shelf basket (B) to the leg frames (C) using 4 plastic corner supports (W) and 8 screws (X). NOTE: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS UNTIL BOTTOM SHELF (B) HAS BEEN INSTALLED Step 6 • Install bottom shelf basket (B) to the leg frames (C) using 4 plastic corner supports (W) and 8 screws (X).
