Video is not detected. • Ensure EDID is set to match the video input source. Unplug and plug back in the
DVI cable.
• Ensure the video input source is good by displaying it using an alternative device.
• Ensure the video input format is supported.
Notice. Failure to comply with the following may result in property damage.
• If the above items do not resolve your issue, reapply the factory default settings.
• Color adjustments, mappings, and display names are reset when the factory default settings are
applied. Setup and configuration of the display wall is required after a factory reset.
