DIRECT DRIVE CAJON PEDAL

Step 1
Start by
removing the two
screws with the drum
key (F) from the cajon
platform (A).

Step 2 -
Place the
screws into the
connecting bar (B)
and thread them
into the cajon
platform (A).
Step 3-
To attach the
cajon pedal (C) to the
connecting rod (B),
loosen the clamp
towards the heel using
a drum key (F). Once
its loose enough, slide
the connecting bar (B) the connecting bar (B)
into the clamp. Dont
tighten the clamp
quite yet, as you may
need to adjust the
horizontal positioning
of the pedal when the
cajon is attached.cajon is attached.
Step 4
Attach the
Direct Drive bar (D) to
your cajon pedal as
pictured with a drum
key (F). Use the
screws on the Direct
Drive bar to tighten it
into place.into place.
Step 5
Place the
beater (E) into the
beater holder on the
Direct Drive bar (D)
and adjust its height
and to your preferred
location (towards the
middle of the cajon is

Position the beater to
the left or the right if
you want more hand
surface playing area
and tighten in place.
Step 6
The cajon
platforms (A) length
can be adjusted to fit
all cajon sizes. For
most cajons, this
wont need to be
adjusted, but if your
cajon is slightly cajon is slightly
larger than standard,
just loosen the Allen
screws (H) with the
Allen wrench (G) on
top of the cajon
platform and adjust
to pto proper length.
Step 7
Now you can
place your cajon onto
the cajon platform (A) .
The back of your cajon
will be up against the
side of the platform
with the felt adjuster
used to make suused to make sure
your cajon is secured.
You can use a drum
key (F) to tighten or
loosen the felt pad.
Step 8
You can
adjust the horizontal
location of the beater
(E) by loosening the
screw attached to
the beater holder
with the drum key (F)
and sliding it acand sliding it across
the Direct Drive bar
(D). Tighten down
this screw after
youve placed the
beater holder in your
preferred position.
Step 9
Dont forget
to tighten down the
cajon pedal clamp (C)
from step 3 if you
havent done so
already and youre
ready to rock!
