 Binding timeout:
If enter the binding mode over 30 seconds, it will occurs the timeout, the
connection LED will quickly flashing in 4 seconds.
The user can read the device information from the browser.
Ex: http://192.168.1.100/unet/deviceinfo.cgi?uid=0
It will list all device information in the HSC04.
