4.4 Packaging
4.4.1 Tape and Reel
The single-feed tape carrier for TX62/TX82 is illustrated in Figure 66. The figure also shows the
proper part orientation. The tape width is 24mm and the TX62/TX82 modules are placed on the
tape with a 22mm pitch. The reels are 330mm in diameter with a core diameter of 99.50mm.
Each reel contains 500 modules.
