BEFORE UPGRADING
Ensure the RFID reader has a fully charged battery prior to attempting a firmware
upgrade.
In order to avoid the data loss during firmware upgrade. Please save or upload all the
data from the flash memory before beginning firmware upgrade.

Purpose Download Firmware
Request #@sys_dlfw=[m]\r
[m]: ‘0’ – Current interface
‘1’ – Bluetooth
®
‘2’ – USB
Response OK\r
ERR,[code]\r
Note: When the ‘OK’ response is received, please end HyperTerminal and run the
ProgLoad.exe utility to begin firmware upgrade.
