Statement 8003—Telecom Approvals Listing
Statement 7012 —Equipment Int erfacing with AC Powe r Ports
This equipment shall be connected to AC mains provided with a surge protective device (SPD) at the
service equipment complying with NFPA 70, the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Statement 70 13—Equipme nt Bondi ng Netwo rks
This equipment is suitable for installations utilizing the Common Bonding Network (CBN).
Statement 70 14—Insta llation L ocation
This equipment is suitable for installation in Network Telecommunications Facilities and locations
where the NEC applies.
Statement 70 15—Equipme nt Bondi ng and Groundin g
Paint and non-conductive coatings shal l be removed before joining the surface s between the equipment
chassis and mounting metalwork. The surfaces shall be cleane d and an anti-oxidant compound applied
before joining the surfaces.

The battery return conductor of this e quipment shall be trea ted as DC Isolated (DC-I) .
