test cellular modem-power-cycle
To recycle the power on the modem, use the test cellular modem-power-cycle command in privileged
EXEC mode. The modem will disconnect the calls and then cycle the power.
test cellular slot/wic_slot/port modem- power-cycle
Syntax Description
Command Default There is no default for this command.

Command History
Usage Guidelines Use this command to capture output for debugging. After you enter the command, make sure you see the
modem UP message on the console. This indicates that the modem has booted properly.
Examples The following example cycles the power for the modem in slot 0, WIC_slot 2, port 0:
c2800#test cellular 0/2/0 modem-power-cycle
Modem Power cycled successfully
c2800#
01:01:01: %CELLWAN-2-MODEM_UP: Cellular0/2/0 modem is now UP
