Why dont I get a dial tone after dialing an access
code?
If you use an access code, such as 9, to make external calls, you might not hear a
dial tone after you have dialed the access code. Continue dialing your call.
How do I trace a suspicious call?
You can use the Malicious Call Identification feature to trace a suspicious call that
you have received. This feature must be enabled by your system administrator.
