Identies the default network VRU to use for a customer that has
no network VRU dened or for a dialed number that is not
associated with a customer.

Y = ECC is enabled
N= (Default) ECC is not enabled.

table. Valid options are:

Y = External authenticator enabled.
N= External authenticator not enabled.

Name of external DLL to be used for script validation.
