Agent Table
This table is one of the Agent Detail tables in the Skill Target category (page 456). To see

It contains one record for each agent (a person capable of answering calls). Each agent is
associated with a specic peripheral (ACD) and can be a member of one or more skill groups.
Use Conguration Manager to add, update, and delete Agent records.
