certain components of Cisco NX-OS software contained herein are owned by other third parties and used and

distributed under license. Certain components of Cisco NX-OS software are licensed under the GNU General

Public License ("GPL") version 2.0, the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or other open source

licenses. For three (3) years, copies of GPL licensed source code may be obtained by E-mailing a request to

nexus-software-disclosure@cisco.com. Please include the product name and version number of the Cisco software

and your name and address in the request. Cisco reserves the right to charge a small fee for providing source code

under the GPL, consistent with the GPL license terms. The open source software is governed by the terms and
