Manually Patching TES 6.2.1 SP3
This chapter describes how to manually install the TES 6.2.1 SP3 patch. Specific instructions are
provided for the TES Master, the Client Manager, and the TES Java Client.
To use automated scripts to patch TES 6.2.1, see the chapter for your system:
• Chapter 1, “Windows 6.2.1 SP3 Patch Installation”
• Chapter 2, “UNIX 6.2.1 SP3 Patch Installation”
Requirements
The requirements to patch your system depend on your current build level:
If you are running... Requirements
TES 6.2.1 GA build
• JRE 1.7.0_55 (Update 55)
• Patch the TES Master as described in Manually Patching the TES
Master.
• Patch the Client Manager as described in Patching the 6.2.1 GA
Build Client Manager.
TES 6.2.1 SP1 (or any Hotfix above 6.2.1 SP1 or
6.2
.1 SP2)
• JRE 1.7.0_55 (Update 55)
• Patch the TES Master as described in Manually Patching the TES
Master.
• Patch the Client Manager as described in Patching the 6.2.1 SP1 or
SP2 Build Client Manager.

Manually Patching the TES Master
In the text below, MASTER_INSTALLED_DIR refers to the path where the master is installed on your
operating system. For example:
