Restarting Your Phone
Occasionally you may need to restart your phone if the screen locks up. To restart
your phone:
STEP 1 Press the Setup button.
STEP 2 Scroll to Device Administration and press Select.
STEP 3 Scroll to Restart and press Select.
Viewing Phone, Network, and Call Information
The Cisco SPA 525G/525G2 provides menus to view information about your
phone.
Viewing Phone Information
To view information about your phone:
STEP 1 Press the Setup button.
STEP 2 Scroll to Status and press Select.
STEP 3 Select Product Information. You can view the following information:
Product Name
Serial Number
MAC (Hardware) Address
Software Version
Hardware Version
Certificate
Customization
