• Each time you press the upper right button (
B
), the
item selection changes in the following order (the
selected item moves a little to indicate the selection):
Minute/Second hand → Hour/24-hour hand → Date
→ Year/Month → To the beginning

Rotate the crown to adjust the selected
item.
• When selecting the date and time for adjustment, the
selected item starts to move continuously by rotating
the crown quickly. To stop the rapid movement, rotate
the crown.
• When adjusting the date, rotate the crown clockwise
(right).
• The year and month are indicated by the chronograph
second hand. Refer to the next page to adjust.
6.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 to adjust the other
items.

Push the crown in to position
0

The setting of the time/calendar is complete.
