Front seat belts
Thefrontseatbeltsarefittedwitha
pretensioningandforcelimitingsystem.
Thissystemimprovessafetyinthefront
seatsintheeventofafrontorsideimpact.
Dependingontheseverityoftheimpact,the
pretensioningsysteminstantlytightenstheseat
beltsagainstthebodyoftheoccupants.
Thepretensioningseatbeltsareactivewhen
theignitionison.
Theforcelimiterreducesthepressureofthe
seat belt on the chest of the occupant, so
improvingtheirprotection.
Fastening
F Pullthestrap,theninsertthetonguein
thebuckle.
F Checkthattheseatbeltisfastened
correctlybypullingthestrap.
Unfastening
F Presstheredbuttononthebuckle.
F Guidetheseatbeltasitreelsin.
Rear seat belts
Therearseatsareeachfittedwithathree-point
seatbelt.
