Measurement Guide
Use this form to record measurements:
1. **Threshold Slope Check:**
- Place the 9” level on the threshold in at least 3 places.
- Ensure the slope is towards the interior of the shower.
- Note: If the existing threshold is level or slopes away, consider our 3/4"
wide half-moon threshold for water containment.
2. **Threshold Width:**
- Measure the width of the threshold.
- Minimum requirement: 2½”.
3. **Height of Opening and Door Placement:**
- Measure the overall height of the opening.
- Mark with painters tape where you want the top of the door to be.
- Mark the spot with a pencil.
4. **Width Measurement:**
- Measure the width in at least 3 places (refer to diagram below).
- Calculate the difference between the longest and shortest measurements.
- If the difference is 1/4" or less, place your order using the shortest mea-
surement.
- If greater than 7/16", proceed to step 5 for an accurate measurement.
