8. Using the Radio Program

The Joyride™ system radio features FM/AM bands with 10 presets for AM and 30 presets for

FM, direct frequency tuning and the ability to respond to speech commands.

Using speech commands, you can—

• Switch between AM and FM bands.

• Control the seek function to find stations.

• Hear the Joyride™ system read back the current band, frequency, and

station name.

• Advance to radio stations stored in preset locations using the “Preset”

speech command.

To Start Radio—

• Say “AutoPC” (or press the PTT button.) Wait for the Green “Listening” bar

to appear; then speak the next command.

• Say “Radio.”

• Say “Next”—OR—“Previous” to seek another radio station.
