５-４-１１． RDS（AF）
Function Switch to RDS （AF）
Operation
of button
Touch the RDS key for less than 1.5sec. (Common for Europe & Australia)
Destination North America ・ Europe ・ Australia
Detail
Touch the RDS key for less than 1.5sec in FM mode, it will switch RDS（AF） ON/OFF.
The initial setting for Europe is ON.
The initial setting for Australia is OFF.
It will select the best one of the staions of the same broadcasting contents, follow the instead frequency automatically, if
receiving state becomes worse when RDS is ON. (In other modes except AM (includes MW, LM.) mode.）
When RDS is ON/OFF, it will display 「RDS ON」/「RDS OFF」 for 3sec.
When RDS is ON, REG will returns to the last state.
When RDS is ON/OFF, RDS indicator will be the following state. （Indicator will be off in AM mode normally.）

※ Idicator will be ON but not blink in other mode except FM mode.
It will start PI search when RDS station is impossible to receive.
It will start PI search around for once in the Band at 15 second interval.
It will display 「PI SEARCH」 while PI searching.
