Function Switch to RADIO TI Interruption
Operation

Touch the TI. / NEWS key for less than 0.5sec.

Detail
It will switch TI Interruption ON/OFF if you touch the TI. / NEWS key less than 0.5sec in FM mode.
It will switch to FM Band and TI Interruption will be ON if youch the TI. / NEWS key less than 0.5sec in other mode
except FM mode or when POWER is OFF.
Initial setting is OFF.
It will display 「T.I. ON」/「T.I OFF」 for 3sec when TI Interruption is ON/OFF.
It will not display 「TI. ON」 when you touch the TI. / NEWS key for less than 3sec in other mode except FM mode.
It will become TI Interruption receiving state when radio station starts to traffic information broadcast in TI Interruption
mode.
TI Interruption receiving occurs in other mode except AM mode.
If it is not receiving traffic information broadcast when you switch TI Interruption ON in FM mode, it will start TP-SEEK.
It will not start PT-SEEK when you switch TI Interruption Mode ON in other mode except FM mode.
It will go on TP-Seeking in the same Band until it is released (until a TI station is detected) .
If you switch the key for less than 0.5sec while TP-Seeking, it will switch TI Interruption OFF and return to the
frequency before TP-SEEK starts.
It able to switch TI Interruption ON/OFF when the last mode is AM mode and current mode is other mode except
FMmode. (Background mode will be FM mode.)
TI/TA indicator and the dot display will be the following state when TI Interrution is ON/OFF. (Indicator is OFF in AM
mode normally.)

It will return to CD Mode after TI Interruption begins and ends in CD Mode.
It will remain FM Mode after TI Interruption begins and ends, when you switch TI interruption ON in AM(MW/LW) Mode
or POWER OFF Mode.
