5. Click Save Layout, then Exit Layout in the layout bar to see your personalized letter, ready to print, for
every record in the database.
Note The record that appears in your window may differ from the one shown here due to experimenting
you may have done in the sample file.
6. Browse through a few records to see the merge fields update.
See “Add a graphic to the layout” on page 42 to learn how to add a logo to the letterhead.
7. When you are finished with this lesson, close the file by choosing File menu > Close.
