This catalog features a full range of vibrating clocks and watches, amplified telephones, alerting devices,
personal listening devices, jewelry and novelty items, plus a wide selection of books, videos, DVD's and
CD-Rom's. In addition, we offer an expanded line of hearing aid and cochlear implant batteries and accessories.

o assist you with your order please review our policy, terms and conditions below:
Orders: The minimum order is $10.00. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover.
Individual customers: All orders must be prepaid, either by check, money order, or credit card.
Federal and State agencies may be billed. Terms of payment: Net 30 days. Return check fee: $20.00
• Purchase Order/Voucher form must be filled out completely, signed by an authorized agent and ready for Hear-More signature.
• For out-of-stock items, please indicate what you would like Hear-More to do... (i.e.: No back orders, hold back order or extra days, etc.)
Foreign Orders: Must be submitted in writing first, specifying desired shipping mode. Upon receipt, we will send you an invoice form
indicating costs and shipping charges. All orders ship F.O.B. Farmingdale, New York. Remittance must be made in U.S. currency, by draft

ayable on a New York bank only. (Wire transfer payment option also available. Please inquire for details.) NOTE: Customer is responsible
for all freight charges, duties, tariffs and any other entry fees into their country associated with the shipment
Standard Shipments: As part of our service to you, orders will be sent by UPS or USPS, to all states in the continental United States. For
items returned not due to our error, shipping charges will be billed when reshipped. Additional shipping charges where indicated. For over-
sized and heavy items extra charges will be added. Additional $5 will be added for each TTY/TDD unit.

xpress Shipments: UPS Next-Day, UPS 2nd-Day, UPS 3rd-Day and Fed Ex delivery available for additional charge.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Items are shipped 2nd Day UPS or Post Office at prevailing rates.
Handling Fees or Shipping: These fees are not credited or refunded. Additional shipping where indicated.
Sales Tax: New York State shipments are subject to County and State tax. Any organization claiming a tax exemption must supply a
copy of your exempt organization certification or resale certificate.
Products: Hear-More reserves the right to make suitable similar substitutions without prior notice.
Prices: Prices in this catalog supercede all previous catalogs.
Discounts: Quantity discounts are available. Please call us for more information! Bids are accepted.
Free Catalog: Call for additional catalogs.
Damaged/Defective/Shortage: You must notify us immediately of any damage, defect or shortage, (within 72 hours). For a
damaged/defective item you will be given return instructions. Once we have received the damaged/defective item back from you we will
immediately ship you a new unit. It is important that you hold all packaging materials for UPS inspection, which may be required.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days* from ship date. Prior to returning the
item you MUST
contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. When the RA Number is given, it is only valid for 10 days.
The product must be returned to our facility within 5-10 days to be accepted. Sorry but no returns can be accepted after 30 days from
ship date.
All returns must be returned to us via a traceable form of shipping at customers expense (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) in new, resalable
condition-containing (in New condition) all of the manufacturers' original packaging, accessories, warranties, instruction manuals, etc.
As a precaution you may want to purchase shipping insurance - because we cannot be held responsible and will not be liable for damages
or lost packages incurred during the return of a shipment. Contact your shipper ( UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) to find out how to properly protect the
package being returned. You will be issued a refund less the shipping and handling charges for any returned item. Original shipping
charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any return shipping expenses or charges.
Order Refusal: For any order that is refused by the recipient and is returned to Hear-More - the purchaser will be charged the
shipping fee plus any fees associated with the returned package in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
Misdelivered/Redirected Packages: Purchaser is responsible for all associated fees that occur due to mistakes or changes given by the
purchaser
.
*Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on the following for sanitary, health and safety reasons; commodes, toilet, bath or shower items,
injection aids, thermometers, urinals, briefs, incontinent product
s, cushions, pillows, massagers, supports, mattresses/covers, medical and
diagnostic aids, test strip
s, glucose meters, calendars, and any other item that comes into direct contact with body or body fluids. In
addition, we cannot accept returns on books, videotapes, DVD’s, diskettes, CD-Roms, computer products, software, used items, and
special/custom order items.
