“MSG” (MESSAGE WAITING)
This functions requires Voice Mail subscription from the local telephone company. Furthermore, the local phone
company must provide a type of voice mail signaling called “FSK” (Frequency Shift Key). Not all telephone
companies have the visual message waiting feature available. Please contact your telephone company to check if
this is available in your area.
If you subscribe to Voice Mail from the telephone company and if there are voice messages that have been left in
your Voice Mailbox, the display will show “MSG WAITING
Note: If you wish to delete the “Message Waiting ” message, see page 11 for details.
CALL WAITING:
In order to use the “Call Waiting Caller ID ” service you must subscribe to a telephone company that offers
Caller ID service combined with “Call Waiting ” service.
Note: When a new call comes in while you are talking, you will hear a notification beep from the handset and
the volume is momentarily muted. The new caller’s name and phone number, if available, appears on the display.
Once “FLASHhas been pressed, an “L2 ” in the lower right corner indicates the Call Waiting Caller ID caller
so you can keep track of who you are talking to.
1. When you receive a Call Waiting call and you want to connect the call, press FLASH button. The
first caller will be placed on hold and the new caller will be active.
2. Press the FLASH button to alternate the conversation between the two callers.
3. Press the TALK button to end the call or place the Handset back on the Base unit.
“C-F” (Call Forwarding)
Appears on the upper left side when the incoming call has been assigned to your telephone number.
“C-F-B (Call Forwarding Busy)
“L-D-C” (Long Distance Call)
Appears on the upper left side when the incoming call is a long distance call, this service is provided by your
Telephone company.
CALLER LIST:
This features can record call information up to 40 incoming calls such as Caller’s name and telephone number
together with the date and duration time of the call, after recording a new incoming call , the LCD will shown as
below:

1. Press the arrow cursor up/down.
2. Press the arrow cursor down to view the first record, press this button # if the name is more
than 11 digits.
3. Press the DIR button to return to standby mode.
Note: If no active button has been pressed for 20 seconds, or you have viewed the last record in the Caller list,
the LCD display will automatically return to standby mode.
