Getting Started 3 Qualification procedures
3 Qualification procedures
The quality of analytical data is an important issue in many laboratories.
One of the requirements for ensuring the reliability of generated results is
the validation of all instrumentation and procedures that are used to
acquire data. For chromatography data stations usually three levels of
validation (qualification) are relevant:
3.1 Installation Qualification - IQ
The Installation Qualification ( IQ) is a procedure confirming that the
software has been installed successfully and that the files are in the
correct version. The Installation Qualification is an integral part of the
Clarity installation procedure.
