Amongst the options givven in this menu, the followingg ones are gennerally what yo u may need to
o know.
1 Recorrding always haave priority
YES optioon is used to seet the recordingg to have a prioority over any eexisting timer. If there occurs
a
conflict beetween a timerr and a recordi ng in progresss, the recordingg has a priorityy over the
timerr. If you set thi s option at
NO, you wwill be asked wwhether to switcch to the servicce to record or not.
2 Marginn before recordd (minutes)
If you entter a number here, for exammple, 5, the reccording will beegin 5 minutess before the
deefined time. If it is “0”, it
means that the recordinng starts exacttly at the definned time. This option comesin handy, justt in
case that a program
starts earlier than the orriginal schedulee.
3 Marginn after record
If you entter a number hhere, for exampple, 5, the recoording will stop 5 minutes afteer the defined
time. If it is “0””, it means
that the reecording stopss exactly at thee defined time. This option coomes in handy,, just in case
thhat a program ends later
than the ooriginal scheduule.
