CLASSIC ACCESSORIES
2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Classic Accessories warrants that this product will be free of defects in materi-
als and manufacture for a period of two-years from the date of purchase. To
the extent that the law requires any implied warranty, such implied warranty is
limited to the duration of the two-year express warranty given above.
Restrictions. This warranty covers normal consumer usage. It does not cover
damage that occurs during shipping or damage that results from improper
installation, improper maintenance, alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, van-
dalism, neglect or exposure to petroleum products or caustic chemicals. Use
of this product on a vehicle while that vehicle is being transported on a non-
enclosed truck or trailer is covered only if the cover is properly installed and
all provided attachments are used.
Disclaimer of implied warranties and release. This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty given
by Classic Accessories. It supersedes any prior, contrary or additional representations, whether oral
or written. No person, including agents and employees of Classic Accessories, is authorized to give
any further representation or warranty or assume any further obligation on behalf of Classic Acces-
sories, whether orally or in writing. CLASSIC ACCESSORIES HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTH-
ERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY NONCONFORMANCE OR DEFECT IN THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO (A) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE; (B) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF
DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE; AND (C) ANY OBLIGATION, LIABILITY, RIGHT, CLAIM OR REMEDY IN
TORT, WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF CLASSIC ACCESSORIES OR THE MANU-
FACTURER. To the extent that the law requires any implied warranty, such implied warranty is limited
to the duration of the two-year express warranty given above. This disclaimer and release shall apply
even if the express warranty set forth above fails in its essential purpose.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation
may not apply to you.
How you can get warranty service and exclusive remedies. If this product does not conform to the
two-year limited warranty, Classic Accessories will (a) repair or (b) replace your product, as it deems
appropriate, at no cost to you. Return your product to the retail outlet where you purchased the prod-
uct, and the retailer will advise you of the procedures to be followed. If returning your product to
the retail outlet is not practical, please call Classic Accessories directly at 1-800-854-2315. We may
request that you ship the [product] to us, in which event YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INITIAL SHIPPING
CHARGES. Please package your product securely and include a detailed explanation of the problem
as well as a copy of your sales receipt.
EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. CLASSIC ACCESSORIES SHALL HAVE NO
OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT (INCLUDING WARRANTY), TORT (INCLUD-
ING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT
OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY NONCONFORMITY OR
DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT, OR DEFECT IN ANY SERVICE PROVIDED UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY. This
exclusion applies even if Classic Accessories has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This exclusion applies even if the above warranty fails in its essential purpose and regardless of
whether such damages are sought for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict
liability in tort or under any legal theory.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental dam-
ages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Classic Accessories garantit cet article contre tout vice de matériaux et de fabrication pour
une durée de deux ans à compter de la date de l’achat.

de droit, ladite garantie se limitera à la durée de la garantie expresse de deux ans, indiquée

d’utilisation normales. Elle ne couvre pas les dommages survenus pendant l’expédition ou
suite à une installation ou un entretien incorrects, une modification, un accident, une mau-
vaise utilisation, du vandalisme, une négligence ou une exposition à des dérivés du pétrole
ou à des produits chimiques corrosifs. L’emploi de cette housse afin de protéger un véhicule
transporté sur un camion découvert ou une remorque ne sera couvert que si la housse est
correctement installée et si tous les accessoires d’arrimage fournis sont utilisés.
Déni de garanties implicites et renonciation. Cette garantie limitée est la garantie exclusive accordée
par Classic Accessories. Elle remplace toute représentation antérieure, contraire ou supplémentaire,

à communiquer toute autre représentation de garantie, à accorder toutes autres garanties, ou à as-

nous vous demandions de nous expédier cet article, en quel cas VOUS DEVREZ VOUS ACQUITTER DES
FRAIS D’EXPÉDITION INITIAUX. Veuillez emballer votre article solidement et joindre une explication
