Raised Platform Mounting
WARNING: To prevent serious personal
injury, make sure the platform is designed to
safely bear the weight of the furnace and allow safe
servicing of furnace components. The platform
must be constructed of non-combustible materials
(e.g. steel) and must be securely anchored to an
adjacent wall.
1. Refer to Figure 4D, and follow the
instructions as provided in the diagram.
Floor Mounting
WARNING: To prevent serious personal injury,
make sure the floor can safely bear the weight of
the furnace.
CAUTION: If you are installing your furnace
in an area with a combustible floor, you must
construct a non-combustible floor as shown in
Figure 4E.
NOTE: Make sure that blank cover panels are
installed over the bottom air discharge opening to allow
safe floor mounting.

as provided in the diagram.
