9.1 Update Prerequisites
 Ensure you have access to the location of the PCoIP firmware file you are installing.
 If you are using Sentral in a managed environment, ensure that no users are logged in to the
device you are upgrading.
9.2 Identify Firmware on Device You Are
Updating
ClearCube recommends always using the same firmware version on zero clients and host cards.

information about PCoIP firmware versions and compatibility.
1. Use a Web browser to log in to the Web interface of the device you are updating.
2. From the main menu, click Info > Version. The Firmware Version line displays the TERA
firmware versions, as shown in the following figure.
