Your personal phonebook
Store an entry
You can save your phonebook entries on the SIM card, or you can
save the entries in the phone memory. When you access your
phonebook list, the numbers are retrieved from either location.
After you make your choice, you can always choose to copy them
to the other location. If you would like to copy entries, see “Copy
entries to or from the SIM card.”
1. Press numeric keys to enter a phone number.
2. Press to select Save.
3. Save the phonebook entry:
• To save on the SIM card: Press to highlight Save
to SIM, and then select OK.
• To save in the phone memory: Press to highlight
Save to ME, and then select OK.
• To save a new number for a name that is already in
your phonebook: Press to highlight Save to
Existed Record, and then select OK.
4. Press to select Option.
5. Press to highlight Detail/Edit, and then select OK.
6. Press alphanumeric keys to enter a name, and then select
OK.
Repeatedly press a key until you see the letter you prefer.
Letters cycle in the order that they appear on the key.
Press to place a space. Press to change letter
case or to change between letters and numbers. Press
to change between characters and symbols.
If you make a mistake, press to navigate to the letter past
an incorrect character, and then press to select Delete.
7. Press to select Option.
8. Press to highlight Save, and then select OK.
Done! appears on the display.
