Quick keyboard functions
Activate the Any Key Answer function
To answer an incoming call, you press . If you activate the
Any Key Answer function, you can press any key to answer a call.
1. Press to select Menu.
2. Press to highlight Settings, and then select OK.
3. Press to select Call Settings, and then select OK.
4. Press to select Any Key Answer, and then select OK.
5. Press to highlight On or Off.
6. Press to select OK.
Set shortcuts to two favorite menus
You can set the key to take shortcuts to two menus of your
choice, so that you need only press once for each menu to appear.
You can set one shortcut for the up arrow and one shortcut for
the down arrow, and you can choose from these menus: Inbox,
Phonebook, Call Log and Alarm.
1. Press to select Menu.
2. Press to highlight Settings, and then select OK.
3. Press to highlight Shortcut Settings, and then select OK.
4. Press to select Up Key or Down Key, and then
select OK.
A √ appears beside the key that you selected.
5. Press to highlight one shortcut function for the selected up
or down key:
• To view your text messages inbox: Highlight Inbox.
• To view your phonebook listings:
Highlight Phonebook.
• To view your incoming and outgoing call list: Highlight
Call Log.
