Send a message
1. Press to select Menu.
2. Press to select Message.
3. Press to select Write Message.
4. Press the alphanumeric keys to enter up to 160 characters.
Repeatedly press a key until you see the letter you prefer.
Letters cycle in the order that they appear on the key.
Press to place a space. Press to change letter
case or to change between letters and numbers. Press
to change between characters and symbols.
If you make a mistake, press to navigate to the letter
past an incorrect character, and then press to
select Delete.
5. Press to select Option, and then press to
highlight a selection:
• To send the message without storing it: Highlight Only
Send, and then use the numeric keys to enter the
recipient’s phone number, or press to select
Search and choose a contact from your phonebook.
• To only store the message in the outbox: Highlight
Only Save.
• To send the message and store it in the outbox:
Highlight Send and Save, and then use the numeric
keys to enter the recipient’s phone number, or press
to select Search and choose a contact from your
phonebook.
• To insert a name from your phonebook into the body
of your message: Highlight Insert Name.
• To insert a number from your phonebook into the body
of your message: Highlight Insert Number.
6. Press to select OK.
Message Sent Successfully appears on the display.
