Use a speakerphone
If you remain close to the handset, you can converse
handsfree and listen over the handset speakerphone.
To enjoy optimal speakerphone performance, locate
the handset away from areas with high background
noise.
To turn on the handset speakerphone during a call
To turn the speakerphone feature on:
• Press the key during a call (line engaged).
The icon appears on the LCD.
To turn the speakerphone feature o:
• Press the key again. The icon will
disappear.

• Before putting the handset near your ears, be
sure you have turned the speakerphone feature
