Call notification
Call waiting on or off
If you subscribe to call waiting service with your
telephone service provider, you can switch to an
incoming call while conversing, and then switch
back and forth between parties.
If you prefer to turn off call waiting notication, for
example if you anticipate an important call during
which you prefer not to be disturbed, you can turn off
notication. Later, you can turn it on again.
To turn off or on call waiting for the base and handset
1. Press beneath Menu on the
screen.
2. Press and scroll to SetPhone,
and then press beneath Select.
3. Press and scroll to Call
Waiting, and then press
beneath Select.
4. Press and scroll to Off or
On, and then press beneath
Select.
5. Press beneath Back, until you
arrive at the home screen.
