Backlight on the base screen
The orange backlight on your screen automatically
turns off after 15 seconds of inactivity.
If you prefer the light on continuously, on the back
of the screen, move the back light switch into the
on position.
Screen contrast
You can adjust the contrast of the handset and base
screens to optimize visibility in different environmental
conditions. Eight contrast levels are available.
To adjust the screen contrast for a handset
1. Press beneath Menu on the
screen.
2. Press and scroll to HS
Settings, and then press
beneath Select.
3. Press and scroll to LCD
Contrast, and then press
beneath Select.
4. Press and scroll to your choice,
and then press beneath Save.
A conrmation tone occurs.
