Sound

Sound is

muffled or

non-existent

• Reposition the Quattro 4.0.

• Check that volume is sufficient. If the volume is turned up on

the Quattro 4.0 and on the Bluetooth device, turn down the

volume on the Quattro 4.0 or on the Bluetooth device. See

page 12.

• Check the battery levels of the Quattro 4.0 and hearing aids.

• Ensure T-Coil in hearing aids or cochlear implants

is functional and set to T.

• Confirm that The device Bluetooth feature is on, and it is

connected to the Quattro 4.0 (When you press MFB on the

Quattro 4.0, the device name appears on the screen). See

page 15.
