Firmware updates
Restore factory settings
1. Press and hold the RESET button at the rear of your CRESCENT speaker
for 5 seconds to restore factory settings.
2. The voice prompt will announce: “You are about to completely reset this
device , to cancel , release the button”.
3. The CRESCENT speaker will automatically power off and restart.
Your CRESCENT smart audio speaker will automatically update to the latest firmware version when it is connected to
the Internet.
