Here’s how to contact our customer support service to request the
replacement of a defective Clempad or if you wish to have your
Clempad repaired after accidental damage:
Contact your seller for information on how to have your Clempad replaced or repaired.
Or:
– Go to www.clempad.clementoni.com and select your country.
– Read the Assistance section to find an answer to your problem.
– Fill in the online form. One of our operators will contact you soon.
Depending on the problem involved, you will either receive a solution in an e-mail or be given
instructions on how to send your Clempad to our service centre.
Before sending your Clempad away, make a backup copy of any data in it, as if the problem
takes too long to put right or if the product is damaged internally, it may simply be replaced
with a new one containing only factory data and software.
We reserve the right to verify whether the damage has been caused by an accidental
knock or a failure to observe product storage instructions. If this is the case, repairing
/replacing the product will not be covered by the warranty. Contact your seller or fill in
the online form to receive instructions on how to send the product to our service centre
for repair.
