1 Voorwoord Deze instructies zijn bedoeld voor de installateur. Lees deze instructies goed door om het product, de onderdelen en de installatie methodiek te leren kennen. De BackWall dient te worden geïnstalleerd door gekwalificeerde en goed opgeleid personeel. De BackWall levert geen directe gevaren voor de gebruiker op indien de BackWall is geïnstalleerd volgens de instructies van de fabrikant en in navolging van deze handleiding wordt gebruikt.
2 Waarschuwingen Zonder toestemming en zonder aanwijzingen is het gebruik van de stoomcabine voor de volgende personen verboden: - Kinderen - Volwassenen met psychische, mentale en/of sensorische beperkingen - Personen die niet geïstrueerd zijn, over waar de stoomcabine voor bedoeld is. - Personen onder invloed van alcohol of drugs mogen geen gebruik van de stoomcabine maken.

5 Verstelbaarheid De BackWall is toepasbaar in iedere badkamer. Dit is mogelijk door de vele verstelopties in het ontwerp. Zo is het mogelijk om de hoogte en diepte van het frame aan te passen en ook de diepte van het servicepaneel is verstelbaar. Het aanpassen van het servicepaneel en de diepte van het frame kan gemakkelijk door het verschuiven van verschillende onderdelen. De hoogte van de BackWall kan worden aangepast door het frame in te korten.

8.1 Aansluiting van het water op de iBox Wanneer er bij de gekozen configuratie een iBox aanwezig is, zal de warm en koud water aansluiting vanuit de iBox naar de generator geleid worden. Als dit niet het geval is dan zal de koud-waterslang worden aangesloten op de generator. De meegeleverde slangen moeten op de juiste wandaansluiting worden aangesloten.
9 Elektrische aansluiting De elektrische aansluiting mag alleen door een erkend elektricien worden uitgevoerd. Voor de elektrische installatie moeten de actuele van toepassing zijnde VDE, land specifieke en EU-regelingen worden nageleefd. Alle installatie- en testwerkzaamheden dienen door een erkend elektricien en volgens de laatste normen te worden uitgevoerd. Stopcontacten moeten geaard zijn.

12 Tegelen 1 Betegel de gehele ruimte. Houd rondom de servicetoegang een uitsparing over van minstens 3mm. In de volgende pagina’s wordt uitgelegt hoe de uitsparingen in de tegels worden gemaakt t.b.v. de hoofddouche, sensoren, bediening, handdouche, geurstof, afbouwdeel en de stoominlaat. Houd rondom de uitsparingen voor de service toegang en de stoominlaat 3 mm ruimte. Deze ruimte wordt afgedicht met kit.
13 Hoofddouche installeren 1 De PVC buis van de hoofddouche is verstelbaar. Stel de voorzijde gelijk met de voorzijde van de tegel. Dit kan door de schroeven (A) los en vast te draaien. Meet de tegeldikte op om goed uit te komen. A 2 Meet de afstanden naar de hartlijnen van het gat. A 3 Teken het gat op de tegel en boor een gat. Plaats de tegel in de wand. 50 mm 50 mm 50 mm 50 mm Alle afstanden dienen als voorbeeld 4 Draai de messing ring op de douche stang en draai hem op de douche houder.
5 Boor 4x gaten van 4mm in de tegel Steenboor met een steenboor. LET OP! Alleen de tegel doorboren. 6 Boor 4 gaten van 4 mm in het PVC met een metaalboor door de gaten die net geboord zijn. 4 mm Metaalboor 4 mm 7 Bevestig de messing ring met de bijgeleverde RVS schroeven. Installeer de douchekop volgens de instructies die erbij zijn geleverd. 4 x 4.
14 Sensoren installeren 1 Meet en teken de afstanden af op de tegel. 2 Boor 2x met boor Ø 20mm een gat in de tegel plaats deze in de wand. Ø20 mm Ø20 mm 35 mm 100 mm 32 mm Alle afstanden dienen als voorbeeld 3 4 5 Leid de kabels door de gaten en druk de sensoren met kit tegen de tegel aan.
15 Bediening installeren 1 Trek de verlengkabel door het gat naar de stoomgenerator. Zorg voor minimaal 10 cm speling in de kabel. 2 Meet de afstanden naar de hartlijnen van het gat. 10 cm 187 mm 73 mm Alle afstanden dienen als voorbeeld 3 Meet en teken deze afstanden af op de tegel. 4 Teken de vorm af: Maak hierbij gebruik van de uitsparingen van de mal. Deze komen overeen met de hartlijnen.
5 Slijp de vorm uit de tegel en plaats deze terug in de wand. 6 Verbind de kabels en hoor een “klik”. Klik 7 16 Klik 8 Handdouche installeren 1 Meet en teken de afstanden af op de tegel. 2 Boor een gat (Ø 24 mm) in de tegel plaats deze in de wand.
3 Verwijder de chromen cover 4 Plaats de wateraansluitbocht in het gat in de 5 Draai de ring en de moer strak tegen de 6 Draai Teflon tape om het einde van het achterkant van de bouwplaat. BackWall. draadeind en draai de knie erop. 7 Bevestig de slangpilaar aan de achterzijde op de knie.
8 10 Bevestig de slang t.b.v. de handdouche met een slangklem op de slangpilaar. 9 Knijp de slangklem dicht met een tang. Bevestig aan de voorzijde van de wateraansluitbocht de chromen cover over het rubber. 11 Plaats de handdouche houder op de gewenste plaats. Volg hierbij de bijgeleverde instructies.
17 Geurstof installeren 1 Meet en teken de gewenste afstanden af op de tegel. Boor met boor Ø 21 mm een gat in de tegel. Plaats de tegel in de wand. 36 mm Ø 21 mm 63 mm Alle afstanden dienen als voorbeeld 2 Om ruimte te creeren voor een hand kan het reservoir uit de houder worden gehaald. Let op! Hier zitten slangen aan vast. Plaats hem dus op een verhoging. 3 4 Draai Teflon tape om het einde van het draadeind.
5 Draai het draadeind met de verdeler en koppelingen ong. 2 cm in de fles. 6 Draai de ring en moer stevig tegen de bouwplaat aan. sleutel 24 Carroseriering 1/2” 7 Schuif slang 3/8” in insteekkoppeling 3/8”. Door deze slang gaat er geurstof naar het reservoir. Moer 1/2” 8 Schuif slang 1/4” in insteekkoppeling 1/4”. Dit is de ontluchtingsslang.
9 Plaats het reservoir terug in de houder. 10 Meet de afstand tussen het geurstof reservoir en het vuldeel. Snij beide slangen af op de juiste lengte. Er mogen geen knikken in de slang zijn. 11 Schuif slang 3/8” in insteekkoppeling 3/8”. Door deze slang gaat er geurstof naar het reservoir. 12 Schuif slang 1/4” in insteekkoppeling 1/4”. Dit is de ontluchtingsslang.
18 Installatie afbouwdeel Hansgrohe Select 1 Sluit het afbouwdeel aan volgens de bijgeleverde instructies. 19 Stoominlaat installeren 1 Meet en tekende afstanden op. 2 Slijp de vorm uit de tegel. 35 mm 84 mm 15 mm 120 mm Alle afstanden dienen als voorbeeld 3 Plaats de tegel en boor 2 gaten naast het gat.
4 Kort de stoomuitlaat af met een multitool 3 mm vanaf de tegel. De stoomuitlaat is gemaakt van polyprop. Gebruik een groffe tand, een lage snelheid en weinig druk voor het beste resultaat. Eventuele smeltbramen verwijderen. 3 mm 5 6 2x 3.

25 Verstelbaarheid De BackWall is toepasbaar in iedere badkamer. Dit is mogelijk door de vele verstelopties in het ontwerp. Zo is het mogelijk om de diepte van het frame aan te passen en ook de diepte van het servicepaneel is verstelbaar. Het aanpassen van het servicepaneel en de diepte van het frame kan gemakkelijk door het verschuiven van verschillende onderdelen. De hoogte van de stoominlaat kan worden aangepast door de stelpoten in -of uit te draaien.

3 4 Zaag het uitstekende deel van het inbouwdeel indien dit uitsteekt. Gebruik hiervoor een multitool.
34 Geurstof installeren 1 Meet en teken de gewenste afstanden af op de tegel. Boor met boor Ø 21 mm een gat in de tegel. Plaats de tegel in de wand. 36 mm Ø 21 mm 63 mm Alle afstanden dienen als voorbeeld 2 Om ruimte te creeren voor een hand kan het reservoir uit de houder worden gehaald. Let op! 1 Introduction These instructions are intented for the installer. Read these instructions carefully to get to know the product, the parts and the installation method. The BackWall must be installed by qualified and well-trained personnel. The BackWall complies with the applicable standards and regulations and does not pose any direct danger for the user if the BackWall is installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and is used in accordance with this manual.
2 Warnings Without permission and without instructions, the use of a steam cabin is forbidden for the following persons: - Children. - Adults with disabilities. - Persons who have not been instructed about what a steam cabin is meant for. - Persons who are intoxicated. Bringing electrical devices in the cabin is forbidden! Warning hot surfaces. The steam inlet, the surrounding area and the steam itself are very hot. Do not touch them because of danger of injuries. 5 Adjustability The BackWall is applicable in every bathroom. This is possible due to the many adjustment options in the design. This makes it possible to adjust the height and depth of the frame and the depth of the service panel is also adjustable. Adjusting the service panel and the depth of the frame is easy by shifting different parts. The height of the BackWall can be adjusted by shortening the frame. The mimimum size of the frame is 2250 mm and maximum size is 2550 mm (standard).

8.1 Water connection on the iBox If an iBox is present in the chosen configuration, the hot and cold water connection from the iBox will be routed to the generator. If this is not the case, the cold water hose will be connected to the generator. The supplied hoses must be connected to the correct wall connection. Check and mark the function of your wall connection: hot or cold! The cold water connection, marked in blue, must be mounted on the cold water wall connection.
9 Electrical connection The electrical connection may only be carried out by a qualified electrician. For the electrical installation the current applicable VDE, country specific and EU regulations must be observed. All installation and test activities must be carried out by a qualified electrician and according to the latest standards. Electrical outlets must be equiped with a breaker.

12 Tile 1 Tile the entire space. Keep a recess of at least 3mm around the service access. In the following pages it is explained how the recesses in the tiles are made for the head shower, sensors, operation, hand shower, fragrance, dismantling part and the steam inlet. Keep around the recesses for the service access and the steam inlet has a clearance of 3 mm. This space is sealed with kit.
13 Installing head shower 1 The PVC tube of the head shower is adjustable. Align the front with the front of the tile. This can be done by loosening and tightening the screws (A). Measure the tile thickness to come out well. A 2 Measure the distances to the centerlines of the hole. 50 mm A 3 Draw the hole on the tile and drill a hole. 14 Installing sensors 1 Measure and mark the distances on the tile. 2 Drill a hole in the tile twice with Ø 20 mm drill and place it in the wall. 15 Installing the control 1 Pull the extension cable through the hole to the steam generator. These correspond to the center lines.

17 Installing fragrance 1 Measure and mark the desired distances on the tile. Drill a hole in the tile with Ø 21 mm drill. Hoses are attached to this. So place it on a raise. 3 4 Turn Teflon tape around the end of the threaded end.

This is the venting hose.
18 Installation finishing part Hansgrohe Select 1 Connect the finishing part according to the supplied instructions. 19 Installation steam inlet 1 Measure and draw the distances. 2 Grind the shape from the tile. 35 mm 84 mm 15 mm 120 mm All distances serve as an example 3 Place the tile and drill 2 holes next to the hole.
4 Shorten the steam outlet with a multitool 3 mm from the tile. The steam outlet is made of polyprop. Use a coarse tooth, a low speed and little pressure for the best result. Remove any melt burns. 3 mm 5 6 2x 3.
