Warranty: The Crystal Monitor system carries a one (1) year warranty from the date

of shipping the equipment. This w arranty includes servicing and/or replacing any

instrument or part thereof, except batteries and expendable supplies, returned to

CleveMed factory for that purpose w ith transportation charges prepaid by CleveMed.

Warranty does not apply if the device is damaged by accident, abuse, misuse,

misapplication, or is modified without the w ritten permission from CleveMed. Items not

manufactured by CleveMed such as computers, cameras, etc., carry the original

manufacturer’s w arranty.

Extended Wa rranty is available and may be purchased at the time of the original

purchase or at anytime up to thirty (30) days after the expiration of the original warranty.
